Payment
Co-pays, deductibles, and self-pay balances are collected before your appointment. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received.
We accept debit card, credit card, and Venmo.
Insurance and benefits
We are in network with a range of plans across Nevada and New Mexico for both primary care and mental health. Coverage varies by plan and by state.
Being in network with your carrier does not guarantee that a specific service is covered under your individual plan. We encourage you to confirm your benefits with your insurer, and we are glad to help. Call (725) 527-7307 before booking and we will check what we can.
You are responsible for any balance your plan does not cover, including co-pays, coinsurance, deductibles, and non-covered services.
Self-pay and program pricing
Self-pay rates are available for patients without insurance or for services a plan does not cover. Rates vary by visit type and length. Call (725) 527-7307 and we will give you the current rate for the visit you need before you book, so there are no surprises.
Weight management
The 8-week personalized weight loss program is $799 and includes two months of medication, three RN visits, injection training, and diet and lifestyle guidance.
An initial consultation is $75 and includes a personal evaluation and a conversation about your goals. The consultation fee applies toward program enrollment or medications.
Concierge membership
Concierge membership includes up to three visits per month, priority same-day or next-day scheduling, and flexible appointment times.
Membership pricing and terms are explained in full before you enroll, and nothing is charged until you have agreed to them. Call (725) 527-7307 and we will walk you through the cost, what is included, and how to cancel.
Membership is optional. Pay-as-you-go visits are available for every service we offer.
Cancellations and missed appointments
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as far ahead as you can. Advance notice lets us offer the time to another patient who needs it.
You can cancel or reschedule through the patient portal or by calling (725) 527-7307. If a fee applies to a late cancellation or a missed appointment, we will tell you the amount when you schedule, and it will be shown in your appointment confirmation. We will never charge you a fee you were not told about in advance.
Things come up. If something unavoidable happens, call us and we will work with you.
Refunds
If you are charged in error, or you paid for a service you did not receive, tell us and we will make it right.
For the weight management program, we will explain before you enroll what is refundable and what is not, including how medication that has already been dispensed is handled. Ask us for those terms in writing and we will send them to you.
To raise a billing question, call (725) 527-7307 or email frontdesk@kietrembc.com.
Patient portal and forms
After you schedule, you will receive an invitation by email or text to join Tebra, our patient portal. Completing your intake forms there before your visit means more of your appointment is spent on you.
The portal is also where you can view visit information and message the practice about non-urgent matters.
The patient portal is not for emergencies and is not monitored around the clock. If you need help right away, see the guidance under Urgent and emergency care below.
Prescriptions and refills
Refill requests are handled during business hours. Please allow enough time before you run out, and request refills through the patient portal or by calling the office.
Some medications require an appointment before a refill can be issued.
Controlled substances are subject to additional requirements under state and federal law, and those rules differ across Nevada, Idaho, New Mexico, and Arizona. Depending on the medication and where you are located, an in-person visit or more frequent follow-up may be required. Your provider will tell you what applies in your situation.
Calls, texts, and email
By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you at that number about appointments, billing, and your care, including by text message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of non-urgent messages.
Email and standard text messages are not fully secure. We keep them brief and free of clinical detail wherever possible, and we use the patient portal for anything sensitive.
Urgent and emergency care
KieTre is not an emergency service and we do not provide around-the-clock coverage.
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are in emotional distress or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day.
